Your Shopify store is the information source of your app.


This is why, in order to be able to see your stores' products/collections, they all must be set as 'Taply Available' in the Shopify Dashboard.


Manage products to be viewable for Taply

  1. Navigate to your Shopify Account Dashboard.

    1. Click on 'Products' in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click on the product you would like to set as 'Taply available'.

  3. Click on the 'Manage' Button.


    Once you have chosen the product you want to make available, click on the "Manage" button next to "SALES CHANNELS AND APPS"


  4. Set the product as 'Taply available'.

    On the next screen check "Taply - Mobile App" and click Done, and then click the Save button.

    Congratulations! You have now made that product available for your Taply Mobile App.




    Manage Collections to be viewable for Taply

1. Navigate to Collections by clicking Products>Collections

2. Click on the 'Manage' Button.


Once you have chosen the product you want to make available, click on the "Manage" button next to "SALES CHANNELS AND APPS"

3. Set the Collection as 'Taply available'.

On the next screen check "Taply - Mobile App" and click Done, and then click the Save button.

Congratulations! You have now made that Collection available for your Taply Mobile App.

Note: When you update your products or collections, you will need to follow the steps above once again to be able to sync your new products/collections with Taply.

The sync process can take up to 2 hours
